Tbilisi Open Teaching University

Tbilisi Open Teaching University was established in 2002. 17 years of experience in educational space resulted in the successful functioning of Business and Engineering, Law, Humanitarian and Social Sciences and Medicine Schools. Since 2017, the ultramodern new campus in the center of Tbilisi has been added to TOU’s advantages, which is perfectly equipped with modern material and technical base. There is absolute compliance with infrastructure and educational programs, supported by highly qualified academic and invited staff. Library at TOU provides all necessary support and guidance to its users according to their needs and requirements. It equips students and faculty with learning and research materials and when necessary, provides consultations on `search methodology.
